Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and learning platform of [Legal company name] (“ABA Resources” or “we”), and all training programs, consultations and services provided through them.

By creating an account, enrolling in any program or using the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy and that you agree to both. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out next to them:

• Platform: the website, learning management system and any apps or digital services of ABA Resources.
• User: anyone who visits or uses the platform, whether registered or not.
• Trainee: a user enrolled in a paid or free training program.
• Training program: any course, track, workshop, or live or recorded session offered by the platform.
• Training content: all materials available on the platform, including videos, lectures, files, templates, tests and tools.
• Fees: the amounts due for enrolling in programs or receiving services.

• You must be at least [age] years old to create an account, or the account must be created under a parent’s or guardian’s supervision.
• You agree to provide correct, accurate and up-to-date information when registering, especially the name that will appear on certificates.
• The account is personal and may not be shared with or transferred to another person; we may restrict accounts used by more than one person.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
• You must tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, and will notify you whenever possible.

Enrollment in training programs is completed through the platform, and is considered complete once the fees due, or the first payment under the approved installment plan, have been paid.

• Prices and currencies: prices are shown in several currencies for easy comparison; the final amount charged may differ because of exchange rates or fees from your card’s issuing bank.
• Installments: installment plans are available for some programs. Trainees must pay installments on time; we may temporarily suspend access to content when a payment is late, until the amounts due are settled.
• Discounts and offers: are subject to their own terms and stated duration, and offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
• Taxes: government taxes or fees may be added under the laws in force in [country].
• Price changes: we may change prices at any time; changes do not apply to enrollments completed beforehand.

We want your experience to be a satisfying one. The following rules apply to refund and cancellation requests:

• You can request a full refund within [refund period] of the purchase date, provided you have accessed no more than [percentage]% of the content.
• Fees are not refunded after the refund period ends, after a certificate is issued, or after attending [number] live sessions.
• A consultation appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge at least [number of hours] hours before the scheduled time.

All training content, trademarks, logos, designs, texts, videos and templates available on the platform are owned by ABA Resources or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Enrollment grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access the content for personal learning only, for the program’s stated access period. You may not:

• Download or record videos, or take screen recordings, for republishing.
• Copy, sell, share or redistribute the content in any way.
• Use the content to provide commercial training to others without prior written permission.
• Remove any copyright notices or watermarks from the materials.

We are committed to a professional and respectful learning environment, and users agree to:

• Treat trainers, trainees and staff with respect in live sessions, groups and forums.
• Keep confidential any information about cases or clients raised during training or supervision, and never disclose identifying details.
• Not publish offensive, misleading or unlawful content, or unauthorized commercial content.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, disrupt it or circumvent its security systems.
• Maintain academic integrity in tests, assessments and assignments.

We may remove any infringing content and suspend or terminate a user’s access without a refund in cases of serious breach.

Program completion certificates are issued once each program’s requirements, as described on its page, have been met, such as attendance rate, completing the modules and passing the assessments.

• Continuing education hours or accredited hours are awarded according to the standards of the relevant awarding body, and are shown on each program’s page.
• Completing one of our training programs does not in itself mean obtaining a certificate or professional license from an external body.
• Trainees are responsible for confirming that they meet eligibility requirements, applying for external exams and paying their fees.

Training content is provided for educational and professional purposes and is not a substitute for the individual assessment, diagnosis or intervention provided by a qualified specialist for each case.

• We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and the platform available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or will operate without interruption.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from using, or being unable to use, the platform.
• We are not liable for third-party services, such as payment gateways and streaming platforms, or for any interruption they cause.
• In all cases, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid for the service in question.

We may change these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in legal requirements. We will publish the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.

If there are material changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the platform a reasonable time before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after the changes take effect means you accept them.
